SANDWICH PANELS

Sandwich panels offered by Frachtbud  are proven, high-quality construction materials that fulfil the standards of the construction industry. They are ideally suited for the implementation of large projects such as warehouse halls, commercial and service pavilions, offices and farm buildings. Sandwich panels are also widely used in smaller constructions, such as garages and sheds.

We are an authorized distributor of Paneltech.
We sell and assemble sandwich panel structures.

Feel free to see our display of sandwich panels at Korczewska 35, Żabokliki, Siedlce.

POLYURATE
AND POLYISOCYANURE CORE

Insulation panels with a polyurethane and polyisocyanurate core, commonly known as PUR and PIR panels, are widely used in the construction of industrial halls, sports and recreational facilities, office and commercial buildings as well as industrial plants.

PUR-S and PIR-S panels are characterized by good thermal insulation and increased fire parameters. They are used to build external and internal walls on a skeleton structure.

PUR-SU and PIR-SU models have a hidden connector for a better fit and an elegant look to the building.

PUR-CH and PIR-CH panels are used in cooling structures where the temperature falls down to minus 25 degrees Celsius.
Sandwich panels with PWS polystyrene cores are designed for the food industry especially warehouses, cold stores and freezers as well as office buildings, car showrooms, etc. The interior of the panel is made of high-quality polystyrene covered on both sides with galvanized sheet cladding. They are characterized by good insulation parameters and low weight. PWS boards are compatible with their other counterparts.

STYROFOAM CORE

Insulated panels with a mineral wool core are aimed at buildings that require high fire resistance and acoustic insulation.

PWW-S and PWW-SU boards are also available in the LITE version and are compatible with their counterparts.

MINERAL WOOL CORE

Insulation boards with a rigid PIR foam core are the most effective insulator on the market. Due to their unique design, they allow to keep heat in the building, reducing C02 emissions to the atmosphere and minimizing heating costs. They are much thinner than boards with a mineral wool or polystyrene core which find particular use in roof structures, both on sloping and flat roofs. They are used as an insulation for ceilings, floors, terraces and three-section walls.
